Dave treated our STS paper like an engineering problem — structured lit review, cited everything, built a proper argument. slightly over-relied on IEEE sources for a humanities paper but honestly the rigor was welcome. solid groupmate.

Eve clearly understood the material better than the rest of us, but she'd just rewrite your work instead of explaining what was wrong. output was technically correct; collaboration was zero. wouldn't group again unless it's a solo project.

Unexpectedly great designer for a non-CCS student

Carol came in with zero web dev experience but produced Figma mockups that made the rest of us look bad. adapted fast and delivered ahead of schedule. refreshing to work with someone outside CCS.

Alice built the entire React frontend in like a week and still found time to organize our Notion board. literally the only reason we submitted on time. would 100% group with again.

Solid backend work, could communicate more

Bob handled all the Express routes and DB queries without complaint. Disappeared for two days mid-sprint though — turns out he was refactoring the whole auth module unsolicited. output was great, comms was rough.
